Full refunds are available within 14 days of course enrollment, provided you haven't accessed more than 20% of the course materials. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The exact timeline depends on your payment method and financial institution. We'll notify you immediately when your refund has been initiated.

Full Refund Scenarios
  • Course enrollment cancelled within 14 days with minimal content access (less than 20%)
  • Technical issues preventing course access that cannot be resolved within 7 days
  • Course content significantly differs from what was advertised at time of purchase
  • Duplicate enrollment charges or billing errors on our part
  • Course cancellation by bexalithe due to insufficient enrollment or instructor availability
Partial Refund Considerations
  • Medical emergencies or personal circumstances preventing course completion
  • Job loss or significant financial hardship after enrollment
  • Military deployment or urgent family obligations
  • Course accessed beyond 20% but within first 30 days due to extraordinary circumstances
  • Technical difficulties that affected significant portion of learning experience
Non-Refundable Situations
  • Course completion beyond 60% of total content regardless of timeframe
  • Certificate or credential already issued upon course completion
  • Violation of our terms of service or academic integrity policies
  • Change of mind after accessing majority of course materials
  • Failure to complete assignments or participate without valid reason
  • Requests made more than 60 days after course enrollment

Important Notice

All refund requests are evaluated individually based on specific circumstances. While we strive to be fair and accommodating, decisions are made at bexalithe's discretion. Course materials, including downloaded resources and completed assessments, must be returned or deleted upon refund approval.
